This is my rendition of the "bat-eared fox". In size, the bat-ear is equivalent to the "fennec fox", which inhabats the desert regions of Africa. Such a tiny little fellow...
I will say, that this one is among my fav of my anthro fox series, along with the fennec and arctic fox. I played it safe with the color scheme on this one....
Funny story about the color theme: For the hair, I wanted to stay away from these colors: red blue yellow black brown pink purple silver white orange green
But as you can see, that limited my choices, by a lot. So, I colored the hair last; and when I came to it, it was evident that a medium-blue hair color scheme would have contrasted best, with the rest of the composition.
